BV TECH at the 17th cyber Forum Europe

During the 17th edition of the Incyber Forum Europe, which was held in Lille (F) from 1 to 3 April 2025, our colleague Tony Delvecchio, from CyberLab in Grottaglie, and Sander Zeijlemaker, from MIT – Sloan School, held a masterclass entitled “Revolutionizing Cyber Risk Management With Strategic Digital Twins and Simulation Gaming”, held as part of the “Cybersecurity For Industry” section of the event.
Advanced specialized simulation technologies
During the masterclass, the main results of the joint research work carried out under the “Cybersecurity and SOC Product Suite” Programme Contract were presented. In particular, the intervention focused on the importance and effectiveness of the use of technologies such as Digital Twin and Simulation through Gamification in the field of Cybersecurity, with particular reference to the components developed by CyberLab BV TECH and the results presented in several scientific publications, highlighting the importance and advantages of adopting advanced specialized simulation technologies for cybersecurity, from the technical level to the managerial level.
The masterclass concluded with an interactive exercise involving participants, at the end of which the results were evaluated and discussed. The masterclass and interactive exercise aroused keen interest among participants and allowed for new scientific and industrial contacts at international level.
