A special mention from the publisher

The article “Comparing Deep Learning and Shallow Learning Techniques for API Calls Malware Prediction: A Study” by our colleague Andrea Iannacone (with collaboration from the University of Bari), published in 2022, was among the most cited in the journal and for which we received compliments from the editor and a special mention on the X e Linkedin official channels of the journal.
The research work, carried out under the Program Contract, laid the foundation for the integration of advanced malware detection capabilities, based on invoked API analysis, within BV TECH’s Cybersuite platforms.
